Finally, on November 26th of 2004, the International Sectorial Bussines Meeting Pesc-Ar 2004 came to an end. It was held on November 25th and 26th 2004 taking place in Mar del Plata, Argentina. During those days, we count with the presence of 35 bussinesman from Spain, Italy and France, especially, to participate in this meeting, and also joined us more than 70 local companies.
There were 2 journeys of intenses bussines meetings and different kind of activities for the participant companies: INIDEP tour for the European companies, Mar del Plata Port visit, and a visit of a couple of seafood processing plants, among other activities.
We are proud that in the development of Pesc-Ar 2004 there were some commercial agreements closed between companies from both continents, for example Purchase Agreements, Know-How and technology transfer, Representation Agreements, among others. It gives us a guide to think that this meeting has become an efficient tool of cooperation between the European and Latin American Pymes (small and mid-sized enterprises).
